• Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Ensure that any content, including images, videos, or text uploaded to the platform, is owned by you or used with proper permissions.

4. Recurring Usage Fees

4.1 Subscription Plans

LEAD LIINE LLC offers services on a subscription basis, with fees due on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed upon). Subscription fees cover your access to the platform, features, and any additional services provided by LEAD LIINE LLC.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your preferred payment method for the subscription fees at the start of each new billing cycle.

4.3 Changes to Subscription Fees

LEAD LIINE LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing and subscription fees. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to you in advance, and the new fees will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new fees, you must cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

4.4 Additional Usage-Based Fees

Certain services may incur additional usage-based fees. These fees are not included in your base subscription and will vary depending on your usage volume. You will be informed of any additional charges before they are incurred, and these fees will be billed alongside your recurring subscription.

4.5 Payment Methods

You agree to provide a valid payment method when signing up for a subscription and to keep your payment information up-to-date. If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. Failure to pay the recurring fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.6 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to the platform and services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period. 4.7 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the event that LEAD LIINE LLC determines a refund is warranted due to errors or disruptions in service. Any refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
